On FC road Pune as per location this is the good hotel, service required some improvement, hotel charges are reasonable, ample parking space , staff are very helpful, food quality is good, room size is sufficient, every room are having balcony, overall good experience.

The rooms including bathrooms have gone old and require to be refurbished. If you book through the hotel website then the rates are lower than if you go directly and book the room. The food quality is not up to the mark which is also futilely expensive and all the items mentioned in the Ala-carte are not available. Also, the bar is not well stocked as per the rate card. The Vodka and Whisky brands we asked for though mentioned in the rate card were not available. Similar was the case with beer, full bottles of fast-moving brands were not available and only pints were available. Not a value for money place.

The hotel is worst because of inhuman behaviour of the management. They are cruel. They are unprofessional. Don't opt to stay there. They will ruin your trip, put you starving for no reason. Please don't choose this hotel.

Staff is tooo good and cooperative But the room are old and bathroom was not that nice .....It was like resident I think it is average But food was nicee and enjoyed that much ........................
